Kim Seng is the Executive Chairman of Netrove Ventures Group, a boutique regional venture capital and corporate finance firm that is focused primarily on Asian technology companies. He has extensive experience in investing, advising, managing and operating technology start-ups in Asia. He also sits on various advisory panels and boards including boards of publicly listed companies.

Kim Seng graduated with LL.B. (Hons) from Leeds University, England and an LL.M. (Hons) from Queens' College, University of Cambridge, England.

Bryan was previously with the Netrove Ventures group. His experience covers corporate advisory exercises in the form of initial public offering, mergers and acquisitions and debt restructuring as well as venture capital investments and incubation of companies in the SEA region. Bryan graduated with Bachelor in Commerce (Accounting) and Honours in Banking & Finance from Monash University, Australia. He’s also a member of CPA Australia, the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and holder of the Certified Financial Planner (CFP).

Craig was an international banker with 26 years’ experience with the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group during which time he has worked across multiple business units and geographies including appointments in Personal Banking, International Banking, Investment Banking and Transaction Banking based in Melbourne, Brisbane, London, Perth and Hong Kong with stints in Jordan and Sri Lanka.

Alex is currently the Director of PRG Holdings Berhad. He has more than 10 years of working experiencein the construction and financial industry. He has wide experience in IPO, fund raising and strategic planning. In WG Capital, he works as a consultant working with clients in diverse industries on a varied range of projects including IPO, dual listing, merger and acquisitions, organisational reviews, fund raising and strategic planning. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering with First Class Honors from University of Portmouth, UK.

Tengku Zuhri Bin Tengku Abdul Aziz is a UMNO Youth Executive Council Member. In the past he served PwC and Sime Darby as a Consultant and Vice President, his experience includes corporate finance and corporate strategy.

He holds LLB (Hons) University of Wales, Cardiff, Msc Financial Management Middlesex University, London.

Joanne’s experiences cover investment, corporate finance and advisory work in the Southeast Asia and China. She has been actively involved in various corporate exercises such as IPO and M&A. She is also extensively involved in advising and managing early stage start-ups companies in Asia. Previously, she was a Senior Associate in OSK Investment Bank Berhad (now known as RHB Investment Bank Berhad) under its management training program.

She holds a BSc Actuarial Mathematics and BSc (Hons) Economics from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA.

Wye Joon, has more than 16 years of entrepreneurship experience in business operation, marketing, branding and managing companies from different industries ranging from FMCG, design services, IT, distribution & retails, manufacturing and financial services. He has led these companies through start-up, turnaround and growth. His understanding of both domestic and international distribution channels encompasses retail sales, wholesale, OEM, catalogue sales and direct sales markets.

Wye Joon graduated with Higher National Diploma in Graphic Design, Central Saint Martins, The London Institute.
